We are not the biggest contractor in Negeri Sembilan. What we offer is a direct line to the person in charge, our own machines on site, and a track record you can check.
We own our plant
Excavators, backhoe loaders, rollers, pavers and tipper lorries are ours, not hired by the day. That is why we can start quickly and hold a price.
You deal with the boss

Priced from real measurement
We come to site, measure, and quote against the actual quantities — not a guess over the phone. The measurement sheet comes with the quotation.
Built to authority standard
Much of our work is JKR, JPS and local-council maintenance under main contractors, so the specification and testing discipline carries over to private jobs.
We finish and hand over
Over 40 references since 2008, including housing schemes, bridges, school buildings and a two-storey bungalow currently on site in Kajang.

If a job is not for us — wrong size, wrong trade, wrong timing — we will say so rather than take a deposit and stall.

Pretech is the main contractor for a private bungalow on Lot 34746 in Kajang — piling and pad foundations, reinforced concrete frame, brickwork, roof, M&E first fix and finishes, working to the architect's and structural engineer's drawings and to the consultant's interim certificates.
It is the clearest answer to the question owners always ask: can a road-and-drain contractor build my house? The photographs below are from that site.
