Two-storey bungalow, Impian Golf & Country Resort, Kajang

Pretech is the main contractor for a private bungalow on Lot 34746, working to the architect's and structural engineer's drawings under a consultant-certified contract. Scope covers site formation, pad foundations and stumps, the full reinforced concrete frame, brickwork, roof, M&E first fix, internal finishes and external works.

It runs the way a building contract should: measured bills of quantities, interim certificates, variation orders recorded in writing, and progress photographs sent to the owner as the work goes up.
